Westlawn Garage in Downtown Los Angeles, California, features 2485 parking stalls on 11 floors. Also referred to as Westlawn Parking Structure, this facility is close to Staples Center and provides various amenities.

Parking Rates

If you want to avoid the stress of finding parking, reserve one in advance. This way, you will ensure a guaranteed spot without being subject to price increases later.

With our online search engine, it is simple and inexpensive to locate parking near Central Library, in addition to metered street parking and nearby commercial lots on Wall St., Maple St., 8th St., San Julian St., and other streets nearby.

Los Angeles Public Library visitors are eligible for validated parking at the 524 South Flower Street Westlawn Garage (not owned or operated by the library), where patrons can obtain validation by showing their library card to the Information Desk on the first floor during regular library hours and present it for verification.

This garage offers 2485 parking stalls on 11 floors and seven electric vehicle charging stations. There are entrances/exits on Flower Street, Hope Street, and 4th Street, and standard rates start at $4 every 10 minutes – however, if your visit exceeds this timeframe, please notify a parking attendant for additional time extensions.

Security

As an additional measure for safety, the parking garage is monitored using LPR (License Plate Reader) technology. An advanced security system monitors for suspicious activities remotely; well-lit spaces are patrolled during USC football games or events at Staples Center Arena, Exposition Park, or nearby venues.

Parking near the stadium can be challenging for fans, so plan and arrive early. There are several inexpensive parking lots located on San Julian & 7th Streets, and metered street parking available near the stadium.

Downey (shown as red on the map) and McCarthy parking structures are currently not offering daily sales; however, the Flower Street structure provides plenty of available spots in its surrounding neighborhood lots, as well as at Central Library, Bonaventura Hotel, Microsoft Theater as well as Chaya Q Sushi Wood Spoon Central Market are located nearby.

Entrances & Exits

The 444 South Flower Street parking garage is a first-class high-rise in downtown Los Angeles. It is close to other notable Los Angeles attractions like Central Library, Microsoft Theater, Staples Center Arena, and Bonaventure Hotel, as well as offering Chaya, Q Sushi, and Wood Spoon as restaurants for dining purposes.

Flower Street and Hope Street provide access to the plaza garage; those entering Flower will reach Level 5, while those using Hope will go directly to Level 11.

If you are traveling from outside of the park, several nearby parking options exist – these include the Grand Avenue Structure, Westin Bonaventure & Standard Hotel Parking Garage and Westlawn Parking Garage. Both Metro Red Line and Blue Line stops have stops near Central Library, while most buses that pass through downtown have stops nearby as well.

On Monday, August 14, parking will be free for those moving into USC housing on Exposition Boulevard (see map). If you are attending an appointment to move into a Living Learning Community apartment at Birnkrant or Pardee Tower via Exposition Boulevard’s Pardee Way entrance on Exposition Boulevard and checking in at the Customer Service Center; afterward you’ll be directed directly to a parking garage after unloading.

Accessible via Flower, Hope, and 4th Streets, respectively, and operated by ABM with their customer service staff for support.
