Today’s question – can you lose weight by eating less and not exercising?

I’m really an expert in this subject, since I don’t like going to the gym and hate running and such.

So, can you lose weight by eating less and not exercising?

Of Course You Can


You can exercise all day long without results if you’re having a snickers bar in your hand.

My thought on it is that it’s far easier to not eat different things, relative to going out for a run.

I’m not saying that exercise isn’t good for you, but I didn’t really have the stamina to get on an exercise program.

Trust me when I say that I have tried my fair share of different weight loss products in my days.

Most doesn’t work..

Scammy supplements are just on the market to make the companies big money.

As I said in the beginning..

My husband cheated on me with a skinnier and more beautiful woman.

At the time, I was crushed.

I knew that I was overweight, but I didn’t expect that to be my wake-up call.

There have been times when I have been afraid that my extra pounds would kill me in the end.

Doctors had warned me that I needed to make some changes in the way I lived.

I don’t know about you, but I have always been kind of chubby.

Losing weight has always been a dark cloud over me.

Skinny people used to say, -”it can’t be that hard to drop some weight”

Easy for them to say..

If you’ve been lean all your life, you don’t really know how hard it is to even manage to lose a couple of pounds.

I Have Tried it All

I have tried different diets, like Atkins and 5:2.

Sadly, they never seemed to work for me in the long run.

That’s why I wanted to create this post.

A post for all people out there that have tried and failed.

I nearly took my own life after my husband left me for the other woman.

If it hadn’t been for Judy, a girl from the UK, I probably would have lost my life, instead of those 20 pounds of fat.

She stepped up and helped me when I was at the bottom.

And now, I would really like to help other people, who may have been victims of fat-shaming, like I was for many years.

If you want to learn how I found something that really worked.

If you want to lose weight but simply can’t see yourself going out for a run or stepping into a gym.

I’m almost certain that you will find it horrible in the beginning, but hopeful at the end.

I will, with your permission, share what worked for me.

Don’t Lose Hope

I’m telling you. Don’t lose hope.

There are ways to lose weight without exercise, and I wish I could speak to you face to face.

That way I could show you how I live my life today.

Lean and with a new man in my life.

A man that doesn’t tell me that I’m fat, ugly, or should watch what I eat.

Looking back at it, I can’t believe that I lived through it all.

But I’m forever thankful.
