NO CAR TROUBLE HERE

St. Thomas

As the name suggests, Caribbean Battery sells batteries for every need, and have been for the past 30 years. However, the crew at Caribbean Battery also has the luxury of working on their favorite hobby- restoring antique cars. Their own shiny, silver Caribbean Battery trucks are restored 1947 GMC models.

Recently, in accordance with the global warming situation, Caribbean Battery has even switched to using solar energy.

“A third of our building now runs off of solar,” said Maceo Butts, the shop's manager.

Their mechanics also repair regular cars but prefer the satisfaction of restoring antiques. With your battery recharged, you can enjoy St. Thomas life. With your antique car restored, you can act like you’re in the 1950s again by taking a romantic drive up to Drake’s Seat lookout. The name, derived from Sir Francis Drake, who, it has been said, used the spot as a lookout for enemy ships, provides a panoramic view of the Virgin Islands. With all the amazing views to see, all the clear blue water to splash around in and all the island culture to absorb, the last thing you want on St. Thomas is car trouble.
